Quebec-Mexico cooperation: call for projects

The Ministère des Relations internationales (MRI), in association with the Ministère du Développement économique, de l’Innovation et de l’Exportation (MDEIE) , encourages government departments and agencies, as well as non-profit organizations and research centres, to submit a Québec-Mexico research/innovation cooperation project for the two-year period of 2011-2013.

This call for projects is issued under the auspices of the 13th Québec/Mexico Task Force (GTQM). Created in June 1982, the GTQM is the primary instrument for coordinating exchanges between the Québec and Mexican governments. It is responsible for developing and implementing a two-year program of cooperation activities based on target themes and priorities defined by both governments. It is also designed to develop new avenues for cooperation reflecting bilateral issues of common interest and supporting the international mobility of project participants.

The deadline for submitting projects is August 5, 2011. For further details, please click here (in French).
