    Offices jeunesse awards: creativity and innovation rewarded

    The 5th edition of the Offices jeunesse internationaux du Québec (LOJIQ) Award Ceremony was held at the National Assembly on May 28 to recognize the excellence of 12 international youth mobility projects. The Minister of International Relations, La Francophonie and External Trade, Jean-François Lisée, presented the Grand Prix LOJIQ 2013 for creativity and innovation to Christian Goudreau.

    The Government of Canada, the Province of Québec and the City of Montréal expressed their pleasure at the signing, on May 27, 2013, of a supplementary agreement between the Secretary General of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and Canada to keep ICAO headquarters in Montréal for another 20 years after 2016.
