After the earthquake and tsunami hit Japan and its population, Québec’s Premier, Jean Charest, and its Minister of International Relations and Minister responsible for La Francophonie, Monique Gagnon-Tremblay, wanted to express the sympathy of Quebecers to the Japanese people.
