The Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec (CALQ) and the Institut français recently signed a three-year agreement regarding exchanges of digital arts artists and studio-apartments. Every year beginning in 2013, two Québec artists will go to Paris and two French artists will come to Montréal for three months.
